In the case of personal data processing, which is based on the consent of the persons concerned, for the purposes of sending business notifications and for the purposes of other direct marketing activities of the Internet merchant.

2. LEGAL REASON FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to this manager in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "regulation").
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send tax documents for renting the system (www.eurocitytransfer.com), tax documents for services rendered (www.eurocitytransfer.com, www.lodoupodunaji.sk, www.lifeondanube.com, www.lifeonrab.com, www.vandenbergen.sumupstore.com), purchase of services through the website of the administrator, commercial announcements and the performance of other marketing activities by the administrator towards you.
3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making on the part of the administrator in accordance with Art. 22 of the regulation.
4. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is 3 years, but the longest is until you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing).

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions set out in the regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the administrator, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to portability of your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data given to the administrator at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating a regulation, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The relevant legal regulation is, in particular, the GDPR Regulation, the applicable Personal Data Protection Act in its effective version and other applicable generally binding legal regulations.
